Business Process Analysis

Understanding a business and the internal processes is key to improving effectiveness and efficiency. By offering an objective and outside perspective of these processes, I can deliver insights and improvements that might not be immediately obvious or directly visible to those within a business. After a thorough analysis, I can offer various services to help improve the processes in the organisation.

Some examples of analyses I have done in the past:

  • Analysing the various aspects and key processes of new ventures, and developing a unique strategy for the start-up
  • Finding processes and tasks within an organisation that cost money, but add no value to the organisation through a LEAN procedure
  • Development of MS Excel tools to measure the savings that hotels and similar businesses can achieve by choosing new suppliers
  • Development of MS Excel tools to track the completion and submission of complex Excel documents
